Help when addiction comes to a head
A calm voice and a clear next step, when things feel out of control.
What is it?
Addiction-related crisis intervention and case management. When things come to a head, talk to us. We'll listen, help you think through what to do next, and explain the options for care.
Who is it for?
For families facing an addiction-related crisis: for example a relapse, a breaking point at home, or someone refusing help while things get worse. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 999 first.

What's included?
Questions families ask
What counts as a crisis?
Any addiction-related situation that feels out of control for your family. For example, a relapse after a period of recovery, a family reaching breaking point, or someone refusing help while things get worse. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 999 first. Otherwise, WhatsApp us and tell us what's happening.
What should we do right now?
Keep everyone safe first. If anyone is in danger, call 999 now. When it's safe, WhatsApp or call us on +6017 837 0160 and tell us what's happening. We'll explain the options for care and what the next step could be. You don't have to decide everything tonight.
What does case management mean?
Case management is part of our crisis intervention service. In general, it means organising the next steps into care around the needs of one person and their family, so the family isn't left to work it out alone. WhatsApp us to ask what it would involve for your family.
