Outpatient treatment and aftercare
Care that fits around home and work — and support that continues after a programme.
What is it?
Outpatient treatment sessions for people who live at home, plus post‑programme support for clients who have finished residential care.
Who is it for?
For people who can keep up with home, work or study while they get help, and for clients who have finished residential treatment and want support afterwards. If you're not sure which fits, the free assessment helps decide between outpatient and residential care.

What's included?
Questions families ask
How is outpatient different from residential treatment?
In residential treatment, clients live in and follow an intensive programme. In outpatient treatment, they live at home and attend sessions: individual and group therapy, addiction counselling and 12 Steps support groups. The free assessment looks at the addiction, health and readiness, and helps decide which one fits right now.
What happens after residential treatment ends?
Recovery doesn't stop when a programme ends. We offer post‑programme support and aftercare programmes, and our back‑to‑work support covers a job skills workshop, an employment action plan, and referrals and advocacy. WhatsApp us to ask what aftercare would look like for your person and your family.
Can we start with outpatient and move to residential?
Talk to us about it. Needs can change during recovery, and the right type of care can change with them. WhatsApp us and we'll explain the options for your situation, whether your person is about to start outpatient sessions or is already in one of our programmes.
